WHAT SUPPORT IS OFFERED?

In order to offer our services at a very competitive cost, JetHosting.ch only offers a Ticketing support service. Depending on the package, a variable number of Tickets can be included which can be used to make requests to our support. If you need more than one ticket, you can purchase them through our shop.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO INSTALL WORDPRESS?

Of course! And not only WordPress: also WooCommerce, Magento, Joomla, etc. …. Our service is completely open and – as long as it does not contain material prohibited by law – can be used for any type of hosting.

IS THERE A BACKUP OF MY SITE?

Absolutely yes – and at no cost! The backup is daily (around 01:00) and up to 7 days of complete site data are available. Any further backup solutions can be agreed with our administration.

Through the panel in the Customer Area you can also autonomously configure additional punctual or scheduled backups, which can be saved on your own disk space or transmitted via FTP to one of your backup servers.

WILL MY SITE BE PROTECTED?

All our Hosting products are supplied with a free SSL certificate offered by Let’s Encrypt and installed at the time of the activation request. This allows you to enable a secure connection to the site (“padlock” icon at the top of the browser bar). JetHosting.ch also offers more advanced solutions tailored to the type of activity carried out: for e-commerce sites we usually recommend an SSL certificate with domain-level validation, to offer your customers the certainty that they are on the correct site and not on an impostor’s site. In principle, you can purchase your domain via JetHosting.ch: to purchase, go to our operating portal and select the domain entry.

Domains are registered through an external partner: JetHosting.ch is not a “Registrar” (i.e. an entity that can manage the registration itself): if you would like to rely on certified Registrars in Switzerland, please visit https://www.nic.ch/registrars/ .
