To better serve all our customers, we have decided to make our entire site accessible in four languages: Italian, German, French and English. With this improvement, we hope to be even closer to our customers, who no longer only come from Switzerland (or Italian-speaking Switzerland, where we have our roots), but are increasingly international.
We are also working on several service improvements:
- Starting from the middle of the year (about), we will update the Plesk panel to the latest version 18, called “Obsidian”; the advantage will be a new layout more suitable also for mobile devices, including the Webmail portal, which you can access via “webmail.(yourdomain.com)”.
- This step also marks the discontinuation of the technically outdated TLS 1.1 and 1.0 encryption protocols: the new TLS 1.3 standard will be introduced. Details in an upcoming communication.
- By the end of the year we will complete the transition to fully autonomous DNS management, which will allow you to access a much higher number of possibilities directly from your Plesk panel. A communication to this effect is in preparation and will be sent in the coming weeks.
- New Website-builder integrated in Plesk, in addition to Weebly.
